You know content should work. The problem isn't knowing.
Every system you've tried still runs through you. None of them solved the deeper issue: the content is speaking to consumers instead of buyers. That's not a writing problem. That's Sanity Debt.
Bursts then silence. The moment fundraising or clinical work gets busy, content stops. Every post starts from zero. The compounding you need never happens.
Writes for consumers, not enterprise buyers. Voice never quite right. You are still editing every draft. The problem just moves slightly upstream.
Generic output. No enterprise credibility. You still prompt, review, and post. The workload shifts but the problem, Beige Noise in the enterprise feed, stays.
Most FemTech founders don't fail at content because they lack ideas. They fail because the content is aimed at the wrong audience, and there's no system to keep it running without their constant involvement. In the Feed fixes both.
We don't create content from scratch. We extract it.
From what's already in your business. Then we translate it into the language enterprise buyers need to hear. You step out.
The engine keeps going.
Operational in 48 hours. Pipeline moving in 90 days.
Every engagement starts with a 90-day launch block. We build the foundation first, then hand you a running engine. The only call you need to make is the first one.
Start the conversationOne 90-minute call. We pull source material from your calls, decks, and voice notes. Your enterprise buyer language gets defined.
Editorial calendar built. First content batch drafted in your voice. You are invited into Metricool to review, edit, and approve content before anything goes live. No micro-management needed.
Content publishes within 24 hours of editorial calendar approval. Profiles optimised. The engine runs without you in the middle of it.
Monthly review in 30 to 60 minutes. Your Metricool dashboard shows content performance and inbound conversations* (*if you have the Engagement plan) in real time.
Every result is tied to pipeline. Not likes.
If content doesn't lead to sales conversations, we consider it broken.
"Working with Shannon and her team has been a breakthrough for our business. Before partnering with them, we had zero LinkedIn presence. Now, just over a year later, our company page has grown to over 1,400 engaged followers, driving consistent website traffic and generating new leads. Shannon's strategic approach to content delivers real results, and her responsiveness and openness to feedback set her apart."
"Shannon and her team have transformed my construction business's marketing. I needed content that truly spoke to my Cary, NC clientele, and that's exactly what they delivered. Every piece is thoughtfully localized, making our brand stand out in the local market and connect authentically with our customers."
"As a SaaS company with a highly specialized product for bar managers and distributors, we needed a content partner who could truly understand our niche. Shannon and her team exceeded expectations from day one. Since partnering with Shannon, our content has become a powerful lead generator, directly fueling sales growth. The quality and relevance of their work have been a game changer for our business."

Ready to build the engine?
Content compounds monthly. Inconsistency resets it. Most FemTech founders aren't losing enterprise deals because they don't start. They're losing because they keep talking to the wrong room.
In the Feed is my fourth business.
I started as a Technical Virtual Assistant. Before drag and drop existed, I was building CRMs, WordPress sites, landing pages, and sales funnels by hand. For coaches, authors, and speakers. Ten years of that.
I learned how to build the marketing system before I understood the philosophy behind it. That turned out to be the most useful education I never paid for.
After ten years, I learned the philosophy. Opened a digital marketing agency. Ran it for a year before realising that doing everything was doing nothing. So I put the energy where it mattered: lead generation for tech and SaaS companies.
In 2024 I made a deliberate choice. I put my own business down to go full time inside an established content agency. The plan made sense. Learn the model from inside. Help scale something already moving.
What I walked into was not what I signed up for. Clients were being misled. Work was being misrepresented. The results on paper didn't match the reality on the ground. I stayed a year trying to make it work. But there is a difference between persistence and complicity.
I left. Then I built this.
I built In the Feed because I watched too many founders get sold content and delivered noise. The gap wasn't the writing. It was everything around it. No system for reviewing metrics. No tool for engagement. No shared approval process.
Agencies made big promises to close the deal, then underdelivered the moment the contract was signed. I knew I could do better. Not for everyone. For founders willing to invest three months and let the engine run properly.
Content agencies were selling content only.
No metrics layer. No engagement system. No accountability beyond the invoice. They optimised for their own output, not your pipeline. That was the gap.
In the Feed was built to close it. A real system: strategy, production, distribution, reporting, and a founder who stays in the room. Not a handoff. A partnership.
I keep the agency small by design. It means I'm in the weeds with you. Available. Communicating. Making sure your business is seen and heard across LinkedIn, your blog, and video, without you having to manage any of it.
I work and live as a nomad, running In the Feed from wherever I happen to be. The systems I build for clients are the same ones I rely on myself. That's not a philosophy. That's just how it works.
I'm not just working in this space. I've lived it.
I'm a GenX woman. I'm post-menopausal. I started perimenopause at 35. Everyone told me I was too young. I wasn't. I just wasn't the norm.
I was 45 when I found out there are over 100 symptoms of menopause. And almost no standardised relief for most of them. Half the world is women. The gap between that fact and the state of care is still staggering.
That's not background. That's why I care about what FemTech founders are building. And it's why I know how to talk about it in a way that doesn't sound like a press release or a wellness brand.
Your enterprise buyers need to trust you. I understand what's at stake on both sides of that conversation.
Years inside B2B marketing
Business I've built and run
Menopause symptoms. Most women don't know. Most content doesn't say it right.
I know what the product is worth. Not just what the founder says it's worth.
Five things that don't change regardless of the client.
Pattern recognition. Knowing the difference between a trend and architecture. Knowing which one your business needs. And knowing that the answer is not the same for every founder.
If content doesn't lead to sales conversations, we consider it broken. Every piece of work is measured against one question: did this move the pipeline?
In the Feed stays small deliberately. When you're a client, you have access to Shannon. Not a junior account manager. Not a team member you've never met. Her.
Performance dashboards. Shared workspace. An approval process you control. You see what's being built before it goes anywhere. Every stage, every time.
The strategy. The voice guide. The editorial calendar. The content. All of it belongs to you. Cancel after day 90 and take everything with you. No black box. No lock-in.
Serial founder. Content strategist. Systems builder. GenX, post-menopausal woman, and end user of many of the products my clients have built.
Running In the Feed as a nomad from wherever I happen to be. The systems I build for clients are the same ones I rely on myself.

The Positioning Session
For FemTech founders who are talking to the wrong room.
You're producing content. Unfortunately it's not built for the people signing the contracts. Enterprise buyers, health systems, employers, insurers, payers, they don't move on consumer style posts. They move on proof, credibility, and a clear line from your product to their problem. If your content is aimed at users instead of procurement committees, you're stuck in Pilot Purgatory: pilots that never convert, interest that never closes. This session fixes the room.
LinkedIn Engagement Service
In the Feed manages your daily LinkedIn engagement: comments, reactions, connection requests, and DMs, written in your voice, targeting enterprise buyers, FemTech ecosystem influencers, and referral partners. You stay in the right feeds, every day, without ever logging in.
Why In the Feed vs. the alternatives
